- Supervise daily plant operations and production activities
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance
- Maintain quality standards and minimize wastage
- Manage and guide plant workers and operators
- Ensure safety protocols and compliance are followed
- Maintain production reports and daily logs
- Coordinate with other departments (Store, Maintenance, Quality)
- Handle shift planning and manpower allocation
