Job Description

  • Supervise daily plant operations and production activities
  • Ensure production targets are achieved on time
  • Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance
  • Maintain quality standards and minimize wastage
  • Manage and guide plant workers and operators
  • Ensure safety protocols and compliance are followed
  • Maintain production reports and daily logs
  • Coordinate with other departments (Store, Maintenance, Quality)
  • Handle shift planning and manpower allocation
