Job Description
Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packaging stages
Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and internal quality standards
Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, pH, viscosity, and batch consistency
Conduct line clearance before starting production activities
Verify raw material usage, batch coding, and labeling accuracy
Record observations and maintain proper documentation (BMR/BPR entries)
Identify deviations and report non-conformities to QA Manager
Coordinate with production team to ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained on the shop floor
Support audits and inspections when required
