Job Description

  • Plan and organize the daily work schedule to meet production targets.
  • Assign tasks to workers and supervise them to ensure work is done correctly.
  • Inspect products during and after production to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Ensure all safety rules are followed on the floor to prevent accidents.
  • Prepare daily production reports (using Excel or logbooks) to update the management.
  • Identify any issues in the production process or machinery and solve them quickly.
