Job Description
📌 Relationship Manager – Job DescriptionCompany: Turtlemint
Role: Relationship Manager (RM)
Industry: Insurance Broking / Fintech
🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesManage and build strong relationships with POS agents / digital partners
- Drive insurance sales (Health, Motor, Life products)
- Help partners with policy issuance, quotations, and renewals
- Provide product training and support to partners
- Resolve partner queries related to claims, payouts, and operations
- Ensure partners achieve monthly business targets
- Monitor partner performance and improve activation & retention
- Coordinate with internal teams (MIS, Operations, Insurers)
🔹 Sales & Business TargetsAchieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Increase active partner base
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products
- Track business through CRM and reports
🔹 Required SkillsStrong communication and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance products
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple partners/accounts
- Comfortable with sales targets and pressure
🔹 Eligibility CriteriaGraduate (preferred)
- Experience in insurance / BFSI / sales (0–3 years typically)
- Freshers with good communication can also apply
