Job Description
Job Summary:
- Responsible for driving revenue growth through technical sales of industrial products/solutions by identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering customized solutions to meet customer requirements in a B2B environment.
Experience in sectors such as pumps, STP/ETP, HVAC, machinery, or process equipment is highly preferred.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical understanding of industrial products/systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions
- Customer-focused with problem-solving approach
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings/site visits.

- Sales revenue and target achievement
- New customer acquisition
- Conversion ratio (enquiries to orders)
- Customer retention and satisfaction
- Order pipeline and forecasting accuracy
