Job Description
Responsibilities:Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online channels.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products or solutions.Conduct product presentations, prepare quotations, and close sales.Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.Achieve monthly sales targets and update activities in the CRM.Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth order execution.
Requirements:Graduate with good communication and negotiation skills.0–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT products.Basic knowledge of software, hardware, cloud, networking, or SaaS products.Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and MS Office.Key Skills:
Lead generation, telesales, product pitching, follow-up, negotiation, CRM management, and target achievement. Inside sales commonly involves selling remotely through phone, email, and video while qualifying leads and managing the sales pipeline. �
