Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives: Up to ₹10,000)
Job Overview
We are hiring a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate new business, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for candidates who are target-oriented, confident, and passionate about sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and lead generation.
Promote company products and services to potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Meet monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer service.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Basic knowledge of MS Office is an advantage.
