About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to handle and grow our digital presence across 3 Instagram accounts and 3 Facebook pages. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end social media management, including strategy, content creation, paid ads, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute a monthly content and growth strategy for all 3 Instagram accounts
• Decide posting frequency, content mix, and campaign planning
• Align social media strategy with brand positioning and business goals

2. Content Creation & Execution

• Create high-quality posts, carousels, and reels using raw images/videos
• Write engaging captions and hooks tailored to target audience
• Ensure all content maintains a luxury and premium brand aesthetic

3. Videography and Photography

• Plan and execute shoot briefs for product and lifestyle content
• Do product Photography and Videography for making contant

4. Paid Advertising (Meta Ads)

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Work on:
• Lead generation campaigns
• Conversion-focused ads
• Retargeting strategies
• Monitor performance metrics like CPL, ROI, CTR, and conversions

5. Facebook Page Management

• Manage and maintain 3 Facebook pages
• Ensure consistency in branding and content
• Handle comments, messages, and engagement

6. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

• Generate quality leads through:
• Paid ads
• Organic strategies
• Optimize campaigns for better conversion and cost efficiency

7. Google My Business (GMB) Management

• Manage and optimize GMB profile
• Post regular updates and ensure accurate business information
• Improve local visibility and engagement

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in:
• Social Media Management
• Performance Marketing
• Content Creation
• Strong expertise in:
• Meta Ads Manager
• Instagram growth strategies
• Lead generation campaigns
• Basic to advanced skills in:
• Video editing (Reels)
• Canva / Photoshop / editing tools
• Strong understanding of luxury branding (preferred for jewellery industry)
• Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
