Job Description

We are looking for a smart and responsible E-commerce Executive to manage daily online store operations for our jewelry business. Candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and willingness to learn.

  • Responsibilities:Handle product uploads on Shopify / website / etc marketplace
  • Manage WhatsApp, Instagram & customer inquiries
  • Update product details, pricing & inventory
  • Coordinate with design and production team
  • Process customer orders and track shipments
  • Maintain Excel sheets and customer data
  • Support online marketing and social media tasks
  • Basic image editing knowledge is a plus
  • Requirements:Basic knowledge of E-commerce & Online Work
  • Computer and Internet knowledge required
  • Familiar with WhatsApp Web, Excel & Google Sheets
  • Good communication and teamwork
  • Honest, disciplined and responsible behavior
  • Fresher can also apply (training provided)
  • Job Details:Job Type: Full-Time
  • Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Location: Surat
  • Salary: ₹10,000 onwards (based on skills & performance)
