Job Description

ob SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process while attracting quality talent for retail, corporate, and manufacturing roles.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process.
  • Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring.
  • Coordinate with recruitment consultants and job portals when required.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
