Job Description

Transport Manager – Job Description


Responsibilities:


Manage daily transport and fleet operations.

Coordinate vehicle movement, dispatch, and delivery schedules.

Ensure timely deliveries and compliance with transport regulations.

Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and transport documentation.

Develop new business opportunities and generate sales.

Maintain relationships with existing clients and acquire new customers.

Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets.

Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth order execution.


Requirements:


12th pass.

0.5 years of experience in transport, logistics, fleet management, or B2B sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Good knowledge of transport operations and route planning.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/ERP preferred).
