Job Summary

We are looking for a sincere and organized Office Boy to support our day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have basic English reading skills and be capable of maintaining office documents in a well-organized manner. Since documentation is a crucial part of this role, attention to detail and regular attendance are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize physical files and documents systematically.
• Label, arrange, and archive files for easy retrieval.
• Ensure proper filing of purchase, sales, transport (LR), and other office documents.
• Assist with basic document handling, photocopying, scanning, and printing.
• Deliver documents between departments when required.
• Keep records and files updated and properly maintained.
• Support the Accounts and Administration departments with routine office tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the filing area and office records.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.
• Basic English reading and understanding.
• Ability to read file names, labels, and documents accurately.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of computers is an added advantage.
• Prior office or filing experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Important Note

• This role is documentation-intensive, and maintaining records accurately is a key responsibility.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory, as document management is a critical daily function.
• Candidates should be willing to learn and follow organized filing systems.
