Job Description – Junior Accountant Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
• Maintain purchase, sales, cash, and bank records.
• Assist in GST & TDS data preparation and filing.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and maintain accounting documents.
• Support senior accountants in account finalization and audit work.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Work on Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Requirements:

• B.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Job Description – Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

Manage complete accounting operations independently.

Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.

Prepare and finalize financial statements, P&L, and Balance Sheet.

Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly account closing.

Coordinate with CA, auditors, and government departments.

Review accounting entries and guide junior accountants.

Prepare MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:

B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Finalization, Taxation, and Statutory Compliance.

Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
