Job Description
- Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian accounting, Tally, GST, and TDS.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions
- Maintain accurate and updated financial records
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations
- Generate and manage E-Way Bills
- GST E-Invoices as per regulations
- Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC)
- Deduct TDS as per applicable rates
- Prepare TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.)
- Handle TDS reconciliation and ensure timely payments
- Manage daily banking transactions
- Handle payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations
- Assist in audits
- Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years in as an accounting role.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, E-Way Bill, and E-Invoicing
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Experience in managing accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
