Job Title – Junior Account Executive

Location: Magob, Saroli

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month

Experience: 2 – 4 Years

Industry Preference: Textile Industry / CA Firm

Timing: 10:00 AM – 08:00 PM

Role Overview:

A Junior Account Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, assisting in bookkeeping, and ensuring smooth documentation of sales, purchases, and expenses. The role requires accuracy, basic accounting knowledge, and familiarity with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry of sales and purchase bills in accounting software
• Maintaining proper bookkeeping and updating ledgers
• Preparing invoices, debit/credit notes, and other financial documents
• Reconciling bank statements and assisting in account reconciliation
• Handling petty cash and daily expense tracking
• Assisting in monthly financial reporting and basic analysis
• Coordinating with seniors for accounting and audit-related work

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Hands-on experience in accounting software (Live Wire, Tamanna, Genius, or similar)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, sheets handling)
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to manage routine accounting tasks efficiently
