Job Description
- Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team who manage day-to-day financial operations. Candidate having Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting, Tally, GST and TDS.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting: Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintaining up-to-date financial records.
- GST Compliance: Ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- Preparation and Reporting of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ETC.).
- Ensure proper reconciliation of input tax credit (ITC).
- TDS Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely compliance with Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)
- Deducting TDS on payments to vendors, contractors, and employees as per the applicable rates.
- Preparing TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.) within due dates.
- Handling TDS reconciliations, assessments, and ensuring payments are made on time.
- Audit Preparation: Coordinate and assist in audits, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and in compliance with accounting standards, GST and TDS.
- Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years in as an accounting role.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, and TDS.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Experience in managing accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
