Job Title: Accounts & Audit Associate

Location: Kim & Majura Gate, Surat

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 1-2+ Years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree

Work Arrangement:

• This position is for clients based in Kim and Mangrol.
• Approximately 15–20 days per month will be spent working at the client’s office in Kim/ Mangrol.
• The remaining working days will be based at the Majura Gate office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Basic accounting data entry in accounting software.
• Voucher entry and maintenance of accounting records.
• Vouching and verification of bills, invoices, and supporting documents as part of financial audits.
• Basic GST and TDS data preparation, checking, and support activities.
• Preparation of audit workings and reports using MS Excel.
• Assisting the audit team with documentation and record verification.

Required Skills:

• Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Tally/Zoho/Busy or similar accounting software will be preferred.
