Data Entry Specialist

Key Responsibilities1. Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Upload new product listings accurately across multiple e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, eBay, or Meesho).
• Input comprehensive product data including titles, SKU codes, descriptions, prices, weights, and specifications.
• Optimize existing listings by updating keywords, search terms, and pricing to boost product visibility.
• Organize and upload high-quality product images according to platform guidelines.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment Backend

• Monitor daily incoming orders from various e-commerce platform backend dashboards.
• Process, verify, and generate invoices, shipping labels, and packing slips.
• Coordinate with the logistics/warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and dispatched on time.
• Track order fulfillment statuses and update tracking numbers systematically.

3. Inventory & Data Maintenance

• Monitor and update inventory levels across platforms to prevent stockouts or overselling.
• Maintain accurate daily/weekly Excel trackers summarizing order volumes, sales data, and returns.
• Assist in managing e-commerce returns, processing refunds, or tracking reverse logistics.
• Skills & QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or higher; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: [X] year(s) of experience in e-commerce data entry, cataloging, or back-office operations. (Freshers with strong computer literacy are welcome to apply).
• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, filtering, and sorting data).
• Familiarity with e-commerce panels (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Shopify admin dashboard, etc.).
• Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing skills (aiming for [40-50+] WPM with high accuracy).
• Soft Skills: Strong written English communication, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
