Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Student Consultation: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (via phone, video, or in-person) with prospective students to understand their educational background, career goals, and financial capabilities.
Program Expertise: Maintain a deep, up-to-date understanding of our AI/ML curricula, industry trends, and the specific career outcomes tied to each program.
Enrollment Guidance: Walk candidates through the admissions process, including application requirements, prerequisites (e.g., Python or math proficiency), and financing options.
Pipeline Management: Manage a high volume of leads using our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of the student journey.
Expectation Setting: Transparently communicate the rigor of AI coursework and ensure students are well-prepared for the time commitment and technical challenges.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to share feedback on student needs and help refine program offerings.
