Job Description

We are looking for a smart and active person to handle B2B sales inquiries for our textile fabric business. The role mainly involves handling WhatsApp leads, speaking with garment manufacturers, sharing fabric details, following up with buyers, and helping convert inquiries into orders.

This is a practical sales role for someone who is good at communication, follow-up, and relationship building.

  • Responsibilities:Handle incoming WhatsApp and call inquiries
  • Speak with garment manufacturers and wholesalers
  • Share fabric photos, videos, GSM, width, and pricing
  • Follow up regularly with interested buyers
  • Maintain inquiry and buyer records
  • Coordinate with dispatch and stock team
  • Build repeat customers
  • Understand buyer requirements and suggest suitable fabrics
