Job Description

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Back Office Operations Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily operational tasks, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth business operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day back office operations
  • Maintain records and documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
  • Prepare reports in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Handle data entry and operational support
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks


Requirements:

  • Graduate (Any Stream)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Google Sheets
