Looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to handle MIS, data management, and insurance backend operations.

* Maintain MIS reports and operational data

* Manage leads, policy status, payments & commissions

* Handle emails and document sharing

* Organize and manage PDF files

* Work on insurance portals

* Coordinate via WhatsApp Web

* Track records: Leads, Policies, Revenue & Pending Payments
