Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
- Client Acquisition: Pitch products or services to potential customers and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activity to identify new areas for growth.
- Relationship Management: Maintain professional relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Sales Meetings: Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients to present company profiles and proposals.
- Reporting: Track sales metrics and provide regular feedback to management regarding lead status and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication and negotiation skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport easily and handle rejections professionally.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot) is a plus.
- Goal-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong desire to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
