Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Jewellery Industry
Location: Varachha Main Road, Surat
Employment Type: Full-time | On-site
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years
Industry Preference: Jewellery Industry Preferred
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client communication and coordinate closely with the production team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer jewellery requirements, handling order-related communication, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and production for timely and accurate execution.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships while ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the order process.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Handling & Relationship Management
● Understand customer requirements, jewellery preferences, and customization needs
● Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers
● Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and support professionally
● Provide regular updates regarding order progress and delivery timelines
Production Coordination
● Coordinate closely with the production team for order execution
● Clearly communicate customer requirements and design details to production
● Ensure smooth workflow between customer expectations and production output
● Follow up internally to ensure timely completion of orders
Order Management
● Handle order tracking and status updates
● Assist customers with any order-related queries or concerns
● Ensure accurate communication regarding product specifications, timelines, and approvals
● Maintain proper records of customer requirements and order details
Required Skills
● Strong communication and coordination skills
● Good understanding of customer handling and relationship management
● Ability to coordinate with multiple teams efficiently
● Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
● Basic understanding of jewellery products and customization process preferred
● Ability to manage multiple customer orders simultaneously
Candidate Requirements
● 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management or Client Coordination
● Jewellery industry experience preferred
● Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati
● Basic computer and order management knowledge
