Job Description
Designation – CRM cum Sales Coordinator
Location – Ring Road, Surat
Work days – Mon – Sat
Timings :- 10 am – 7 pm
Job Responsibilities:-
· Monitor and track field sales activities through application-based tools.
· Coordinate daily with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of field operations.
· Track and follow up on customer orders from booking to dispatch.
· Maintain accurate sales records and ensure timely data updates in the system.
· Assist the Sales Manager with sales planning, performance tracking, and operational support.
· Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
· Ensure proper communication flow between sales, warehouse, and accounts teams.
· Support the team in resolving sales-related issues and providing timely updates to management.
- Manage the complete CRM system and ensure accurate customer data is maintained.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct timely follow-ups via calls, emails, or messages to ensure high customer engagement. Respond to customer queries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Track customer interactions and feedback to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to streamline communication.
- Generate and maintain MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on customer interactions, lead status, and follow-ups.
- Monitor CRM campaigns and analyze their effectiveness.
- Ensure all CRM activities are aligned with the company’s customer retention strategies.
- Handle all digital marketing activities for lead generations.
- Co-ordinate with external agencies for any deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a CRM role, preferably in [industry-specific experience if needed].
- Proficient in any ERP software & CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization/reporting tools.
- Ability to prepare and present MIS reports accurately and timely.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
