Job Description
Raxa Electrical Solar EPC is hiring a Business Development Executive for field sales and lead generation in Surat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for residential, commercial and industrial solar projects
- Visit housing societies, electrical shops, builders, civil contractors, architects and local businesses
- Introduce company services and explain basic solar benefits to customers
- Fix appointments and coordinate site visits
- Support founder during customer meetings and site visits
- Collect customer details, electricity bill copies and basic site information
- Follow up through call and WhatsApp
- Maintain daily lead report and update lead tracker
Candidate Profile:
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi
- Basic English preferred
- Candidate should be confident, active and comfortable with field work
- Must be able to approach new people without hesitation
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Sales or field marketing experience is a plus
- Freshers can also apply if they are interested in field sales and business development
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month
- Petrol / travel allowance
