Role Overview


The Sales Executive will be responsible for field sales activities related to solar solutions. The role involves

interacting directly with customers, generating leads, explaining solar products, and supporting customers

through the sales process.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop potential customers through personal engagement, referrals, and networking within the assigned territory.
  • Promote and explain solar products and services to residential and commercial customers, addressing queries and providing solutions.
  • Coordinate site visits and follow up with customers to ensure smooth engagement and timely execution.
  • Achieve assigned individual sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and submit sales reports in a timely manner, as per company requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (installation, documentation, finance) to support order completion and smooth execution.
  • Be flexible to travel within the assigned territory as required by business needs.


Skills & Requirements


  • Ability to communicate in local language (mandatory).
  • Interest in sales, marketing, or community-based work.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
  • Local area knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


Eligibility Criteria


  • Graduate / Post Graduate (MSW, MBA, BBA, B.Com, or equivalent)
  • Freshers and Experienced both are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates from rural or tier-3 locations are encouraged.
  • Willingness to work in the field.
