Hiring: Corporate Business Development Executive (Female)

Instawingz Marketing is expanding and looking for a confident, professional and result-driven female candidate to drive corporate client acquisition across India.

Role Objective (Read Carefully)

This is a pure business development role focused on:

• Identifying, approaching and converting new corporate clients
• Building long-term, high-value business relationships

P.N :- This is NOT a support or backend role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build a strong database of corporate clients (B2B)

• Reach out via calls, emails, LinkedIn & direct approach

• Fix meetings with decision-makers

• Travel for client meetings (Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, etc.)

• Present company offerings and close deals

• Build long-term client relationships

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati)

• Strong confidence & convincing ability

• Professional personality & presentation skills

• Comfortable with cold outreach & client meetings

• Willing to travel when required

Surat (Office-based + travel for meetings)

Compensation & Growth

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000
