Job Description
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive for B2B industrial sales in Surat. The role involves visiting factories, warehouses, and industrial units to promote industrial coatings, paints, construction chemicals, and engineering products.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting clients, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit industrial areas, factories, and project sites across Surat
- Generate new leads and build client relationships
- Promote industrial coatings, paints, and related products
- Conduct product presentations and client meetings
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales pipeline
Requirements:
Experience in field sales, B2B sales, or industrial sales
Experience in paints, coatings, construction chemicals, or industrial products preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Languages required: Gujarati, Hindi, English
Comfortable with field work and client visits
Self-motivated and target-driven
Mandatory:
Own bike with valid driving license
Laptop
Willingness to travel locally
