Job Description
Role:
Responsible for preventing parcel losses and recovering financial losses from delivery riders or involved parties.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate lost or missing shipments
Identify responsible riders and recover loss amount
Maintain records of recovery cases
Coordinate with operations team
Take legal action in case of fraud or non-payment
Requirements:
Experience in logistics / collections preferred
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to handle fieldwork and tough situations
