Location: Udhana - Magdalla Rd, Near Sosyo Circle,Surat

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Job Summary: They are looking for a dynamic and hardworking Field Sales Executive to promote and sell electrical products in the retail market. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with retailers, generating leads, and ensuring timely sales closure and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field sales activities for electrical products such as cables, MCBs, switches, fans, lights, and other items
• Visit retailers regularly to generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely closure of leads
• Handle billing follow-ups and ensure collection of payments from clients
• Coordinate with the team for smooth sales operations
• Identify market trends and customer needs to boost sales

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
• Experience: Freshers -2 years
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must be hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy
• Ability to work independently and in a team
