Job Description

Position: Distributor Support Executive (DSE)

Responsible for lead follow-ups, dealer coordination, order generation, outstanding recovery

support, onboarding communication, and territory development under ASM supervision.

* Lead Management – Call assigned leads, update CRM & Master sheet, check DT chats, take

ASM remarks, update status.

* Order Generation – Call vacant areas for orders, promote focus products, ensure TOD share as

required.

* Dealer Coordination – Handle dealer concerns, onboarding call & message, birthday wishes,

grievance escalation to manager.

* Outstanding Follow-Up – Share outstanding with ASM, follow up on commitments, coordinate

with accounts.

* Weekly Product Focus – Share Top 15 & Bottom 5 products with dealers.

* Customer Support – Manage customer calls & WhatsApp queries, coordinate replacements

with warehouse.

* Reporting – Maintain daily activity report, update assigned sheets, DT verification & action.

* New Dealer Development – Identify uncovered areas, support territory expansion
