Job Description
Job Title: Relationship Manager – Joint Group Loan (JGL)
Company: IDFC FIRST Bank
Job Role:
Responsible for sourcing and managing Joint Group Loan customers, driving business growth in assigned areas, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source new JGL customers through field visits & local references
• Form and manage borrower groups as per policy
• Conduct center meetings & ensure timely collections
• Maintain portfolio quality and minimize delinquency
• Build strong relationships with customers and community
• Achieve monthly disbursement and collection targets
Eligibility:
• Graduate (mandatory)
• 0–3 years experience in BFSI/Microfinance preferred
• Strong communication & local area knowledge
• Willingness for fieldwork
