Business Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Executive to support business growth by handling client communication, generating sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on business leads and customer inquiries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Coordinate with customers for orders, quotations, and payments
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Handle customer communication and provide timely updates
• Prepare sales reports and maintain business records
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
• Support business development and expansion activities

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (Business/Commerce preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Strong coordination and relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
• Freshers can apply (experience in sales/business development preferred)
