Job Description
- Install and configure CCTV systems, access control, fire alarms, and gate automation systems.
- Perform routine service and preventive maintenance of installed systems.
- Attend to and resolve daily customer complaints and service issues.
- Complete full installations from wiring to final system setup.
- Test and ensure all systems are functional and meet safety standards.
- Maintain accurate service and installation records.
- Provide technical support and training to customers when required.
- Coordinate with the backend team for reporting and documentation.
