Role Description:

The Commis is an execution-focused role responsible for handling basic cooking tasks while maintaining hygiene, discipline, and consistency. This position emphasizes learning, speed improvement, and proper ingredient handling, contributing to smooth kitchen flow and operational efficiency. delivering consistent food output by preparing dishes with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail. This role involves handling assigned sections independently, ensuring recipes are followed correctly, and maintaining efficiency during service while minimizing wastage and maintaining quality standards.

Basic cooking execution

→ Preparing simple dishes as per defined instructions

Hygiene and discipline

→ Ensuring dishes are prepared as per standard recipes

→ Managing orders effectively during high-demand periods

Section responsibility

→ Handling assigned station independently

→ Maintaining portion control and reducing ingredient loss
