Job Description

About Us: BakeHub by Ritika is an artisan bakery in Surat known for handcrafted bakes, custom cakes, and specialty products including vegan and sugar-free options. We take pride in quality, creativity, and attention to detail in every product we make.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, desserts, and baked goods daily
  • Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal menu items
  • Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
  • Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Coordinate with the team to meet order timelines

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in baking or pastry (freshers with strong passion and self-taught skills welcome)
  • Knowledge of basic baking techniques — sponge, icing, fondant, fillings
  • Attention to detail and a love for the craft
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Reliability and punctuality

Good to Have:

  • Experience with eggless, vegan, or sugar-free baking
  • Basic cake decoration or fondant work
