Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide an excellent shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting gold jewellery and other products based on their requirements.
- Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing, product display, and inventory support.
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive product displays at the sales counter.
- Build strong customer relationships and address customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Required SkillsExperience in Counter Sales, Retail Sales, or the Jewellery Industry.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing system familiarity.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
