Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Analyst
Location: Surat, Gujarat (University Road)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers Welcome)
Shift: US Rotational (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM / 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
*Role Overview*
We are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our support team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate solutions, and ensuring a smooth support experience.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Respond to customer queries via phone and email
- Provide timely and effective solutions
- Escalate unresolved issues when required
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Follow internal processes and service standards
*Requirements*
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
- Willingness to work in US rotational shifts
*Training & Evaluation*
- 1-month training provided
- 2 assessments post-training (60–70% required to continue)
