Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, website live chat, email, and social media.
  • Assist customers with product information, sizing, pricing, offers, and order-related questions.
  • Maintain a friendly, positive, and solution-oriented approach in every interaction


  • Contact customers when delivery attempts fail.
  • Coordinate with courier partners for successful re-delivery.
  • Update NDR remarks accurately in the shipping portal.
  • Reduce RTO by resolving delivery issues promptly.
  • Excellent communication skills in english & hindi
