Job Description

  1. Enter and update purchase orders, goods receipt notes (GRN), and supplier invoices in the ERP system.
  2. Enter material receipt and issue transactions.
  3. Create and update Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in ERP.
  4. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered into ERP.
  5. Maintain digital and physical records of purchase and inventory documents.
