Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can manage and run paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. The candidate should be able to plan, create, optimize, and report ad campaigns to generate leads/sales and improve brand reach.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRun paid ads on Facebook and Instagram
• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
• Handle lead generation, sales, traffic, and brand awareness campaigns
• Plan ad creatives, captions, audience targeting, and campaign strategy
• Monitor daily budget, audience performance, and campaign results
• Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, placements, and ad copy
• Prepare campaign reports and analyze performance data
• Create strategies to improve website traffic, leads, and conversions
• Manage basic social media posting and engagement
• Track competitor ads and market trends
• Required SkillsPractical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Basic understanding of Facebook Pixel / Meta Pixel
• Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools preferred
• Good communication and content writing skills
• Reporting knowledge in Google Sheets / Excel
• Creative thinking and analytical mindset

Experience6 months to 2 years of experience preferred.
