Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customer orders for dispatch
  • Coordinate with courier and logistics partners
  • Maintain daily dispatch and shipment records
  • Update order tracking and delivery status
  • Handle return and exchange shipments (RTO)
  • Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams
  • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders
  • Make dispatch entries in Excel or software systems
  • Report damaged, missing, or delayed shipments
  • Prioritize urgent and same-day orders
  • Maintain proper documentation and records


Required Skills:

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • MS Excel knowledge
  • Ability to use barcode scanners and shipping software
  • Good communication skills
  • Time management and accuracy
  • Team coordination skills


Qualification:

  • 12th Pass or Graduate
  • Experience in e-commerce, warehouse, or logistics preferred


Knowledge of Platforms (Preferred):

  • Amazon
  • Flipkart
  • Meesho
  • Shopify
