Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules
  • Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams
  • Prepare invoices, E-way bills, and dispatch documents
  • Ensure proper packing, labeling, and shipment accuracy
  • Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
  • Maintain dispatch records in ERP systems
  • Handle transporter and vendor coordination
  • Monitor Proof of Delivery (POD) and update status
