E-Commerce Executive

JOB TITLE: Ecommerce Executive

Type: Full-time | On-site

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a hard-working and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to join our team. You will handle day-to-day ecommerce operations including product listing, order processing, packing, returns, and inventory management across online platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle daily order processing and ensure timely dispatch of all orders

- Pack products carefully as per brand standards before shipping

- List new products on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc. with proper images, descriptions, and pricing

- Manage and update product catalogue — titles, descriptions, keywords, and pricing

- Monitor and process customer returns and replacements; coordinate with courier partners

- Track inventory levels, update stock on all platforms, and raise alerts for low stock

- Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for stock inward and outward

- Handle customer queries and escalations related to orders and delivery

- Generate daily/weekly sales and inventory reports

- Monitor platform performance (ratings, reviews, seller health) and take corrective action

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 10th / 12th pass; graduation preferred

- Basic computer knowledge — MS Excel, email, and internet

- Prior experience on any ecommerce platform is a plus (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)

- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Willing to work 6 days a week including weekends during sale season

- Honest, punctual, and self-motivated
