E-Commerce Executive

We are a growing jewellery brand looking for a dedicated E-commerce Executive to manage our online business across multiple platforms including Alibaba and Etsy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and manage product listings on Alibaba, Etsy, and other e-commerce platforms
• Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, and SEO tags
• Edit product images including watermarking, resizing, and basic enhancements
• Handle complete product listing process from scratch
• Manage orders, customer queries, and messages (including international clients)
• Maintain inventory and update product catalog regularly
• Coordinate with internal team for product details, images, and dispatch
• List and manage products on additional platforms as required

Requirements:

• Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce or willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of image editing (watermarking, cropping, etc.)
• Good English communication skills
• Understanding of SEO, keywords, and product optimization (preferred)
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
