Export Executive

Scalework Exim is a growing international export company dealing in premium building materials including engineered quartz, porcelain slabs, natural stones, wall panels, cement boards, and architectural products. We work with global clients and distributors across multiple countries.

We are looking for a smart, confident, dynamic, and professional candidate who can communicate directly with international clients and manage business relationships effectively.

• Key Responsibilities:Communicate with international clients through WhatsApp, Email, Zoom, and Calls
• Understand client requirements and provide professional responses
• Manage inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order coordination
• Build long-term relationships with overseas buyers and distributors
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements
• Maintain proper communication records and client databases
• Represent the company professionally during meetings and presentations
• Handle client concerns and provide timely solutions
• Required Skills:Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Confident and professional personality
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
• Good presentation and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of MS Office, Email drafting, and online meetings
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Positive attitude with strong follow-up capability
• Preferred Candidates:Female candidates preferred
• Experience in export, international sales, hospitality, aviation, BPO, or client servicing
• MBA / BBA / Graduate candidates with strong communication skills
• Freshers with exceptional communication and personality may also apply
