Job Description

Fashion Designer Required – Rozy Ethnic (Surat)

We are looking for a Fashion Designer with 2–3 years of experience in the women’s ethnic wear industry.

Experience Required:

  • 2–3 years in ethnic wear design
  • Must have experience in designing Kurtis, 3-Piece Suit Sets, Short Kurtas, Co-ord Sets, and other trendy ethnic styles

Responsibilities:

  • Research and create new, trend-driven ethnic wear collections
  • Develop stylish silhouettes, prints, and garment details
  • Prepare design sketches and coordinate with the Masterji for pattern development and sampling
  • Ensure proper fitting, styling, and production execution
  • Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and market demands

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, fits, and garment construction
  • Creative and trend-focused design approach
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet collection deadlines
