Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer specializing in Western and Fusion wear for a womens clothing brand. The designer will be responsible for creating innovative collections from concept development to final design stage.
Note: This role focuses purely on design creation and does not involve production execution or sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop concepts, mood boards, and design research for upcoming collections
- Design western and fusion silhouettes with ethnic influences
- Select appropriate fabrics, colors, embroidery, and surface embellishments
- Prepare detailed design sheets and sketches
- Ensure strong aesthetics, fit, and finishing at the design stage
- Stay updated with current fashion trends and market preferences
Key Skills Required:
- Strong creative vision in western and Ethic wear
- Good understanding of fabrics, textures, and embellishments
- Excellent sense of proportion, detailing, and styling
- Knowledge of fashion trends and market aesthetics
- Bridal and occasion wear design experience will be an added advantage
Working Details:
- Office Working Hours: 9 Hours (10:00 AM 07:00 PM)
- Weekly Working Days: 6 Days
