Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new customers, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential customers, presenting products/services, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct regular meetings with prospective and existing clients.
• Present company products/services and explain their benefits to customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and payment collections.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
